Mr. Labbé is the Founding President of Recycor, a former leading Canadian scrap tire recycler. Mr. Labbé has strategy consulting experience from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, SECOR Group (Acquired by KPMG) and Balanced Scorecard Collaborative (Acquired by Palladium). Mr. Labbé holds a M.B.A. and LL.M.

Over 35 years of on-hand experience in the Petrochemical Industry. He is responsable for end product analysis, quality and research.
